Instead, she was eaten up by her own rage and anger, never to be seen again. The story has a most happy, truly magical conclusion, with much celebrating and bliss for everyone, for all the years that followed. Gabriele has a unique ability to create magic. Her classic retelling of Snow White's story is written with so much insight and love. In addition, the language is "mom-and-kid friendly," omitting many of the cruel words yet still staying true to the original story. This book is beautifully illustrated to gently draw you into the magic of the story. Just like de Ginant's other books, this book tugs at my heart strings...
