The 36th Singapore Lecture was delivered by His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, on 7 November 2015 under the distinguished Chairmanship of Mr Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, Singapore.
